Next Blogger Event

I mentioned ages ago that we were going to the wonderfully organised Next Bloggers Event in Northamptonshire, but I've realised that I haven't told you all about it!

Well, we had a brilliant day. It was boiling hot, sunny, fantastically well organised and great fun for all of us.

The venue, Crockwell Farm, was located way out in the countryside, and would be such a beautiful location for a wedding. We approached through fields and country lanes, but like everything else the directions were perefct and we arrived bang on time.

The first thing Lara spotted was the deflated bouncy castle, cue much excitement!

There was a lovely play area set out for the children, with lots of toys, comics and colouring equipment.  Plus nannies to direct and entertain as required!  Lara got stuck straight in as you can see.

Lara was a bit too young to sit and watch the children's entertainers, magician and Punch & Judy Show, but she love running around in all the space, eating as much fruit as she possibly could, and collecting up balloon sculptures!

The children weren't the only ones to be entertained though, this was a mummy blogger event, after all!  We were indulged with lovely beauticians offering Reflexology, Manicures, Pedicures, Massages and Reiki.  I must say I was very glad to have dragged Steve along, as it meant I could just swan off for my treatments.  I opted for a pedicure, reflexology and Reiki, all of which were lovely!

We also got a sneak preview of the new Autumn Winter children's ranges, which are available to buy online now, and are gradually finding their way into stores too.  Here are a few things we loved, I'm really hoping the fuchsia pink desert boots will fit Lara, they're gorgeous!
