Review: Chitter Chatters

We have a new addition to the family! His arrival was a little unusual, being wrapped in brown paper and handed to us by a postman, but he’s a welcome new member and has fitted in very quickly, as you can see here:
This new adoptee of ours is mouse from the Chitter Chatter gang, crazy creatures who just love to talk and once you start gossiping they can’t help but repeat everything you say!  As they get going their heads bob up and down too, and each animal has their own special voice. When I received an e-mail asking if I'd like to review one of these crazy critters, I was a bit sceptical of how well they could copy what people say, as well as how it might tip the delicate balance between fun and annoying, but Lara was hooked on the idea of 'mousey' as soon as she saw the photo, so he was duly dispatched.  And I couldn't have been more wrong! He is absolutely hilarious and both girls, and all three cats, are totally fascinated and besotted with him!  He goes all over the place with us, and no-one (not even the adults *blush*) tires of getting him to repeat things in silly voices.  Great 'tantrum' diffuser too!  Imagine the "I want..." "waahhh" being repeated back in a high pitched squeaky voice.  How could any toddler remain mad after that?! If you would like to welcome a Chitter Chatter into your family, you can choose from a mouse, penguin, monkey or meerkat, then sit back and listen to them gabble away at speed! (RRP £10.00)
