ReplyDeleteAll new Mummy's get a bit anxious the first trimester... what really put my mind at ease is having an early scan and buying an at home Doppler!! I started to really enjoy my pregnancy and not worry.
ReplyDeleteDon't buy all the clothes on the Mothercare new parents list! Most of it is given to you by others & you end up with loads of unworn bodysuits!
ReplyDeleteDon't eat for 2! Tee hee - I ate for around 6 when I was pregnant and am now languishing at a size 16. Size 16 suits some people but not me - with massive boobs I now have the silohette of Mr Blobby - remember him? Yep - not a good look x

Don't use search engines to look up symptoms - they give you the worst case scenarios for every ache and pain and send you into a panic. If you are unsure of something ask a midwife instead.

ReplyDeleteevery pregnancy is different , some have sickness some dont, some feel the aches some dont, the best advice is enjoy it and if you cant try and relax as much as you can because wen baby arrives your going to need the rest
