For anyone not acquainted with the world of Lalaloopsies, these are a range of dolls based on traditional rag dolls, which magically come to life when the last stitch is sewn, taking on the personality of the fabrics used to make them. They live in a fantastical world full of silly surprises and each character was 'sewn' on a special date in history to reflect their personality.
Accordingly, each one has its own personality, characteristics, clothing, pet and friendship group with whom they have fantastic adventures. There are literally hundreds of different dollies in varying sizes, and they have become a real collectors thing. As the packaging says, they are suitable from age 4 to 104!
The new Loopy Hair dolls have hair made from real yarn which can be combed, curled, twisted, braided, straightened and styled using the enclosed comb and hair clips. They are wonderfully tactile and great fun for little girls - and big ones! - to cuddle and play with. Each doll has its own wacky, unique hair, which can be styled and played with again and again.
Lara has been asking for one since she first saw this new addition to the range, and was beyond excited when she received Lalaloopsy Loopy Hair Peanut Big Top last week. She loves playing with her hair and examining her cute outfit. Apparently, Peanut Big Top was sewn on 1st April from a clown’s costume. She is a silly prankster who's a little bit clumsy and loves to make her friends laugh. Sounds like a lot of toddlers I know!
Lalaloopsy™ Loopy Hair large dolls have an RRP of £34.99, but Peanut Big Top is currently available from Asda Direct for £32.00
