Ready to Wrap and Roll?

How much of your Christmas shopping have you done now?  The result of my reader straw poll a few weeks ago was that most people didn't want to even think about shopping until the first or second week of December, so I held off our gift guides until this week.  But there are also the odd few out there who claim to have bought, and even wrapped, already!  Well crazy few, let me tell you, you are missing out on some fun next weekend!

You may remember me telling you last month that our friends at 3M Scotch Tape are behind what they hope will become a new national tradition - National Wrapping Day!  Whatever your usual accompaniments to Christmas wrapping are, a glass of sherry, a big mug of tea, a festive film, or a CD of angelic King's College choristers playing gently in the background, get it ready next Sunday and join the nation in a wrapping marathon!

With a host of tips and ideas, not to mention the odd competition or two, find out more over on the official website www.nationalwrappingday.co.uk.  And if you are wondering just ho to wrap your mountain of parcels efficiently and hassle-free, head down to your local stockist for some 3M Scotch Pop-Up Handband dispensers and refills.

Even my sometimes wrapping-challenegd hubby is a convert, polishing off a pile of gifts for friends last week with ease and finesse!  Here is modelling our pink one, and showing you just how easy it is to use when wrapping (do try to ignore the ahem organised chaos around him though!)

National Wrapping Day is on Sunday 14th December, and you can find all the information, advice and everything else you might need on the dedicated website: www.nationalwrappingday.co.uk

Happy wrapping!

  12. I am still waiting for the paper I ordered to come so no wrapping done yet. I shall have to go and get a dispenser as I am not the best wrapper in the world but this would be a big help.

  17. I remember when wrapping presents just involved slapping a bit of sellotape on. Now though it is like creating mini works of art. I am not very good but am getting better.
