Lunch: Cheese, Chilli & Avocado Thins #nvw15 #vegetarian

Here's today's lunch.  An interesting combination of cheese, chilli & avocado on top of the girls' current favourite sandwich wrapper, the sandwich thin.


2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Hot Chilli Sauce
Pack of 6 Warburtons Soft White Sliced Sandwich Thins
150g Anchor Lighter Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
50g watercress, thick stalks removed


1. Mash the avocado flesh with the mayonnaise and chilli sauce then spread the thins on both sides.

2. Sprinkle the cheese over the bases and then add the watercress. Top with the lids and serve.

  1. These sound amazing. I am yet to try avocado (only person around it seems) but these sounds delicious.

  2. I find the thins can sometimes be a little dry but I can imagine the avacado would rectify this. Will try.
