Weekly Meal Plan #5

No meal plan from us last week as we were away on holiday, but back to reality this week.  The girls complained about not having pasta last week, so I've put it in for a lunch and a dinner this time round.  Lots of lunches and easy dishes for the girls to get involved in cooking too.  Hopefully that will cheer them up!  What are you cooking this week?


Monday

Breakfast: banana pancakes, fruit platter

Lunch: pasta salad

Dinner: vegetable jalfrezi with tomato rice*

Tuesday

Breakfast: breakfast frittata

Lunch: pasta salad

Dinner: sweet and sour stir fry* with edamame beans and rice noodles

Wednesday

Breakfast: roasted plums with granola & yogurt

Lunch: Mexican bean hash

Dinner: sweet potato cakes, chopped salad and red pepper salsa*




Thursday

Breakfast: roasted plums with granola & yogurt

Lunch: falafel with pitta bread, hummus and tomato salad

Dinner: veggie tacos, Mexican rice, chopped salad, guacamole and salsa

Friday

Breakfast: frozen berries, granola & yogurt

Lunch: flatbread pizzas with salad

Dinner:
griddled vegetables, halloumi, flat breads & tzatziki

Saturday

Breakfast: frozen berries, granola & yogurt

Lunch:
falafel, shredded salad, pitta & hummus

Dinner:
ratatouille with brown rice and wilted spinach

Sunday

Breakfast: pastries with fruit and berries

Lunch:
avocado on rye bread with salad

Dinner:
pasta with tomato and vegetable sauce, salad

  1. Ahh! I keep seeing your Mexican Bean Hash on Twitter and drool over it each time. It looks amazing. I think I might have to give it a try soon.
