Hey Big Spender - or Super Frugalista, Want to Be on TV?

Do you fancy being on TV?  Are your family super frugal, or do you love to spend, spend, spend and enjoy life to the max?  Whether you watch every penny and let those pounds take care of themselves, or spend every farthing as fast as it comes in (or faster!), a new Channel 4 TV show wants to hear from you.

Mentorn Media, the television production company behind such popular and acclaimed programmes  as Question Time and Robot Wars, is making a new feature which compares two families with very different lives - and spending habits.

The filmed families will not only compare their different budgets and spending habits, but also explore each other's homes and lifestyle choices.  Sounds like the perfect TV programme for me, and I'd love to see any of you take part!

Whether you are looking to change your family's spending habits, or you'd just like to see how others live and try on their metaphorical shoes for a while, Mentorn would love to hear from you.

Most of us live within a budget, whether small or large, and wonder just where our money goes, whether the choices we make are the best ones, and how we can improve both our finances and our lifestyle.  How could yours be better?  Do you need to spend more, or less?  Does what we earn really control the choices we make and the way we live our lives?

If you've ever marvelled at your comparatively rich friend complaining about the cost of something, or recoiled in horror at their extravagance; whether you wish you lived a grander life or a simpler one, this is the ideal opportunity to truly see how the other half lives!

The families taking part in the new show will be able to answer some of the most burning questions of our modern lives:
  • Where does our money go?
  • How can people afford to live a certain way?
  • What’s the secret to successful spending?

With at least one member of each family wanting to explore a change in lifestyle, the families will learn a great deal from one another's spending habits, at the same time as having their own choices put under a microscope.  A way to gain insight into different parenting, lifestyle and money management styles - and hopefully we will all learn something new

If you are a family with 1 to 3 children, looking for change and insight into your financial (mis)management, or hoping to learn a thing or two from another family, get in touch with Mentorn Media today.

If you are interested in being considered for the show, phone 020 7258 6877 or email differentlives@mentorn.tv before 5th October 2016.
