Kids Eat for £1 at Carluccio's this Half-term

If you are looking for a great place to take the kids this half-term, find your nearest Carluccio's.  Enjoy an Italian-style family feast between Monday 22nd October and Sunday 28th October and kids eat for just £1!

Under 10s can enjoy a delicious main course, dessert and soft drink, all for just £1 with every adult main ordered.  We visited our local branch at Chichester last week and the girls loved it.  Must be their Italian genes coming through!

Always fans of a good pasta, they enjoyed fun tomato wheels and deliciously pesto-y spaghetti along with garlic bread and lots of salad, not to mention plenty of tastes from mummy and daddy's plates!

The kids’ menu features a choice of classic Italian family favourites including lasagne, hearty spaghetti and meatballs, risotto with ham and peas or chicken breast served with tomato and cheese, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

For the grown-ups, the new autumn menu features an amazing Celeriac and Chestnut Rigatoni with walnuts and chives (above), and a divine Plum Tart with ice cream (Steve's was snaffled by the girls!), as well as the usual favourites such as the Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli (below), Spaghetti Carbonara and Mushroom Risotto.  If pasta is not your thing, enjoy substantial salads or regular main courses such as steak, fish or Stuffed Mushrooms and Polenta.

All dishes subscribe to the late Antonio Carluccio's philosophy of minimum fuss, maximum flavour.  A great maxim to live by!

My favourite dish is always the amazing antipasti board, full of delicious flavour including the amazing Caponata.

To finish, parents can enjoy traditional Tiramisu or a lemon tart, while bambinos with a sweet tooth can opt for chocolate log, yoghurt with fresh blueberries and raspberries, or an apple and blackcurrant lolly.  Our girls tried the Chocolate Log which they enjoyed.

We love Carluccio's for its laidback atmosphere, warm welcome to children, and great food.  Plenty for us vegetarians and vegans too, always a bonus!

Full details of the offer:

  • One £1 kid’s menu is offered with each purchase of an adult main
  • Children must be aged 10 years or under
  • Offer applies 12-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Kids menu normal price is £7.50 for 3 courses
