Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients
4 oz. / 115ml citrus-flavored vodka, chilled
6 oz. / 175ml 100% Pomegranate juice, chilled
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
4 oz. / 115ml cold sparkling water
Optional garnish:
lime wedges
fresh pomegranate seeds
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add the vodka, pomegranate, and lime juice. Shake to combine thoroughly.
3. Strain liquid mixture evenly into two champagne glasses and top with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
