Italian Orzo Pasta Mason Jar Salad Recipe

There's something so deliciously retro and childlike about meals in a jar.  Reminiscent of rolled up trousers, bare feet in a river, catching newts in a jam jar, they evoke summer freedom and easy living.  This easy recipe is delicious at work, at home or on a picnic, just make sure you keep it cold in a cool bag or box till needed.
