Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Who doesn't love peeanut butter cookies?!  And when they look and taste as good as this they won't be around for long!  These cute cookies are easy to make, so perfect for whipping up with the kids.  And they look so pretty decorated with miniature Reese's cups and Reese's Pieces candy.  In the UK, sub these out for a combination of mini Reese's cups and M&Ms or Smarties.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup granulated sugar / 200g
1 cup peanut butter / 240g
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 bag Reese’s Baking Mix (240g)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.

2. Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Add the granulated sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract to a large bowl.

4. Mix well to form a stiff batter.

5. Scoop out spoonfuls of dough and roll into 1 inch balls.

6. Place the cookie balls on the lined baking sheet.

7. Slightly push down each ball with a spoon to flatten.

8. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes or until they have dried.

9. Remove from the oven and quickly add your Reese’s Baking Mix to the hot cookies so the candies stick.

10. Transfer to a cooling rack and let them cool completely before serving.
