Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Who doesn't love peeanut butter cookies?!  And when they look and taste as good as this they won't be around for long!  These cute cookies are easy to make, so perfect for whipping up with the kids.  And they look so pretty decorated with miniature Reese's cups and Reese's Pieces candy.  In the UK, sub these out for a combination of mini Reese's cups and M&Ms or Smarties.

1 cup peanut butter / 240g
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
