Dalgona Style Whipped Strawberry Milk Recipe

Have you tried the Dalgona coffee trend? This South Korean whipped milk drink has gone crazy after becoming a bit of a viral trend on TikTok during lockdown.  If you fancy trying it but coffee isn't your thing or the kids want to get in on the trend but you don't want them drinking coffee we have some coffee-free Dalgona alternatives like this delicious Dalgona style whipped strawberry milk.

This recipe serves one, but can easily be increased to make two or more of these delicious whipped drinks.  You could also use plant milks and creams to make a vegan version.  We tried almond milk and it worked well.  For best results chill the mixing bowl and the whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes before you begin.
