Christmas Bingo

Who doesn't love a good ol' game of Bingo?

This is one game that we love to play, all year long.

And it just so happens that the holiday season makes for a really great Christmas Bingo theme as well.

The great thing about Bingo is that it's a game that anyone can play.

There really isn't any reading required as the rules are really simple.

This means that whether you have older kids and younger kids, they can all easily join in and play this simple Bingo game.

Make Christmas Bingo Competitive - with Prizes!

In fact, if you're really serious about it, you might be considering creating friendly competition in your family as well.

You could make some really cool Bingo prizes for the winner, too.

Some fun prize ideas for Christmas Bingo could include:
  • Gift Card
  • Bag of Candy
  • Santa trophy (something made up but totally fun!)
  • Controller of movie night choice

And the list could go on and on. Anything that you have lying around the house will work as a prize, too!

How to Play Christmas Bingo

This bingo game is super simple to play and to set up.

Just print, grab some thick-tipped markers or bingo dabbers, and you're good to go!

One other great idea to make this Bingo game last longer is to laminate the Bingo cards as well.

This will help the cards to not get bent and it means that you'll only have to print them once to play with them over and over again.

(If you do this you'll need to use washable markers like these ones.)

The less work that you have to do, the better!

Grab the FREE christmas bingo game here:

1. Print out the four Bingo cards and the calling card.

2. Cut out the squares from the calling card and put to one side.

3. Laminate the Bingo cards, if desired.

4. Give each player a Bingo card and a dabber.

5. Place all the caller cards upside down then turn over one at a time and call it out (e.g. gingerbread man).

6. Help the players find and mark the gingerbread man on their card.

7. Play continues until someone gets a line of pictures. They shout Bingo! and are the winner.

8. Play can continue for a second and third place, or you can wipe the boards and start a new game.

- Instead of marking each picture off you could use small sweets such as Skittles or M&Ms to mark each square instead.

- Change the rule on what people need to do to win. Instead of one row, make it two or a block of 6, perhaps.

Have fun playing this Christmas Bingo game. It's such a fun holiday activity!
