The fun part about making this tasty treat is that it can easily be combined with a learning activity or two.

The more ways that we can combine activities in our house to work on all our senses, the better.

Whip up these fun cookies if you homeschool when you're talking about fossils or how the dinosaurs once roamed the Earth.

The children will love learning about these prehistoric giants and then be able to create their own cookies to enjoy as well.

Who doesn't love ending a lesson plan with a warm, tasty treat?!

Make the cookies together, then secretly add the dino footprints before the kids eat them.

Or you could whip up a batch when the kids are asleep then exclaim when you find that dinosaurs have stomped through your cookie jar!
