Do you need a super easy canape or appetizer for your next Christmas gathering?  If so, you’ll definitely want to give these bite-sized filo pastry cups a try.  The flavours of warm, melted Brie and sweet dark cherries are enhanced with a slight hint of maple syrup.  For a more complex and savoury flavour combination, add some fresh thyme leaves to each cup before baking.
